There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.
I have a really good memory of the Berlin zoos. Indeed, they are both highly complementary. The "Zoogarten" in the west part of the city is much more concentrated, lot of animals and lot of people whereas the "Tierpark" is bigger, animals are enjoying bigger enclosures... Of course before the Berlin wall fell in November 1989, the price of the square meter of the ground was absolutely not the same between the two parts of the city. I'm happy to read both zoos decided for a kind of joint venture. I hope they will succed to remain together. Berlin is clearly the best city in Europa as concerns the zoos, I think.
It makes me want to go back there (last time in year 2000).
