MALAMALA TODAY: 10th-12th November. Lions: 2 of the Gowrie males and 2 Kambula lionesses have spent the last 3 days mating between Main Camp and Campbell Koppies. The other 4 lionesses from the Kambula pride have started moving back north after a lengthy stay in Charleston. Both Avoca males killed a buffalo along the Tjellahanga River. The Styx pride were seen east of Mlowathi Dam.
MALAMALA TODAY: November 13th. Most of the action today took place very close to Main Camp. We watched 4 of the lionesses from the Kambula pride catch 2 impala south of the causeway. The other 2 Kambula lionesses and a Gowrie male were found near Campbell Koppies. We followed them as they moved west hunting zebra and impala along the way.
