There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.
Once the Othawas start roaring and/or searching for males, he'll have to leave, if not the West, at least his daughters. But this can happen any time from now to 1,5 year into the future.
As things stand right now I think chances are the PCM would kill the subs if they meet, and if they meet while the PCM are with one of their prides, then they'd 100% kill the Othawas.
Hopefully they'll reach estrus soon, one of the Styx did and she's around the same age, I think at best 2 months older. The Southern females were even much more younger when they started mating.
Only when the Othawas get into estrus will be PCM accept them and defend them in case other females try to approach while they're mating.
So until there, having Tumbela around is good for them.
