There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

If lets say Othawa female will give birth and Ximhungwe female won't and in lets say 2 years the pride will compose of those two adult females + 3 female daughters of Othawa female so in fact group will compose in 80% of Othawa lineage then sitll you will think it will be apropriate to call it Ximhungwe pride or perhaps in such case it would be apropiate to change name into Othawa breakaway (or whatever). We can go even further and lets say in those next 2 years Ximhungwe female will pass away and the group will be made in 100% of Othawa breakaway lineage then still you would call that group Ximhungwe pride even through in fact that pride would have nothink to do with true Ximhungwe pride?
I said this, until Ximhungwe is alive and has offspring.
If Ximhungwe dies and doesnt continue her blood, then yea, Ximhungwe name should end.
Its yet to be see how will this go.

No. Anyone who ask about Mongawane coalition gets to know it is coalition made of Torchwood and Birmingham male, neither male is striped of his origins, while if Othawa female is named (wrongly, regardless you want it or not) it is ditching her name.
Coalitions are different, as males move form their natal pride and has nothing to do anymore with them or their lineage.
But as i said, their naming is not on us, so this discussion is pointless.
