There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

It's funny - just tonight on sunset drive Tristan Dicks (on Dark Mane sighting) was talking about how he thinks it is unlikely the 3 Avoca would end up together anytime soon but that might change with pressure from other males, that could make them join up again and were going through ther neighbourghs to the north (including Tinstwalo that apparently were seen on Buffelshoek before) and east (Trochwood pride Kruger males) that those show are asserting no such pressure, which seemingly prompter Dark Mane to start roaring :) Little did they know the pressure might actualy come from the south.
I am no particularly fond of Ndzhenga males (that is much easier name to remember than the NW one!) so far, but coalition unrelated to Sabi Sands lions being succesful in siring cubs is always a good thing. And the Southern lioness has her cubs (great news they are both females) and maybe all Styx females are already pregnant so they are looking for more. If the take over Mhangeni pride, those are not exactly mothers with the best record though.
Where exactly they were chased by Briminghams before? How far north it was?
Ottawa male is in a tough situation. Hopefully he won't be lost in the struggle, cause if NWs would mortally wound him or scar him badly, there would unbearable number of people always holding that against them and taking sides. And ofc, such a magnificently looking specimen would be a loss on its own, perhaps he could rebound and even following him wandering around and keeping an eye on who he can meet up with and whether they join forces or not would be interesting. Last but not least, if he would move to area with less of Majingilane and Mapogo blood that would be great anyway. But let's what happens first, NWs might as well move back or wherever, nothing is done yet. How old is the Mhangeni sub adult female is there a realistic chance NWs would not want to kill her?
