There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

A lot of possibilities can be taken from this, and sadly none of them look very promising for her, and more importantly for her approx 18 month old cub. Apparently the Othawa Male was seen in the area a couple of months ago as well, so she is under siege from all directions, and for the most part on her own. Not sure if the Birminghams will help her out or not, but she is feeling unbelievable pressure. If the cub can make it a few more months, it would be a tremendous boost for them both. From what I read on Londolozi, if the Avoca's found them now, with the cub being still too young to mate, they'd likely kill her to induce estrus.
However, after all she has been through, Tsalala Lioness is a survivor of the first order, she has done a really good job so far, during some incredibly trying times.
