There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Probably hoping for an opportunity to snatch it back if the Tigress leaves it unguarded.
I know male leopards can be stubborn or overconfident to the point where they provoke lions or try to reclaim a kill from lions. However, in this case there's a chance that the tigress is taking the kill to cubs and the law of nature says you don't mess with a mother, let alone one that's bigger than you.
krishna is old she most likely won't have cubs again
Describe old because female leopard Thandi from Sabi Sands was around 15 years old when she gave birth to a cub.
i'd bet that will be her last litter..i think it depends on the individual many females never have cubs at that age..14 + is old and making babies puts alot of stress on their older bodies krishna's last litter are approaching 5yrs old..when they're round 15+ they try to avoid males like with mataram tigress and other females i've seen seems like females wanna do their own thing after a while
