Searched for images in google, Open all those images which you like in separate tabs.
Read text around it and see if it is written a copyright words on image or near by. If there is any images that have written it clearly. Don't use them.

Some images may have written copyright, but will also allow to use them if you maintain their copyright informatiom.
So for example you have image of Smilodon and it has copyright, just use it and in your blog just below the image mention the copyright.

For those images which have no copyright text around or on it, you can use it without any problem, if the origianl owner make any objection, we will remove it.
So go ahead and search your images
