There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

I wonder what his exact age was? There are contradicting details on various sites, some places its mentioned as 17, some mention it as 18 and some say 20.
no one knows his true origin, when he first appeared in Dec/2010. many credible sources from Tigernation.org (a website that no longer exists) reported that he was seen for a few years in Kolsa before he made his way up to Moharli. many people that i spoke to believe he was 6-7 years old and in full-prime (in this picture below). some say he was just5 years old in that picture. from the lowest age estimates, that would put him at minimum 17 years old and highest probably 19. I believe he was born in 2003-2004 personally (based entirely from his first ever picture known to public records).

Thanks for your response to my post Roflcopters. That's interesting info, an approximate age of 19 makes him as old as 'Machhli' i guess?
Not sure if the forest officials have done a post-mortem in his case which could probably give a better idea about his age maybe? He is a legend and I also feel the forest officials could have handled him a bit better in his last days.
