Are you sure this is the crater?
Landscape looks sparse for the crater but the one male has the notorious shoulder mane so I’m thrown.
Also, you should give credit to the photographer whenever possible.
Some areas in the crater are like that (it was labeled like that in a youtube community post). Or Ngorongoro CA may be possible.

I've been to the Crater, it's lush and green, surrounded by tree's and the caved in volcano rim with water in the center. I'm guessing this is from the Ngorongoro Reserve outside of the Crater or the neighboring Serengeti.
I searched a bit. Crater have some areas with that kind of grass.

Like i said, I’ve been there. In all surrounding photos you can see the outline of the sunken volcano ridge. The flat area with no volcano ridge visible is a red flag to me. It’s possible since that lion has a Shoulder mane that’s notorious with crater males but judging from the image, I’d bet it’s not.
