The measurements and weights that I posted are from South Africa, specifically Kruger NP. They also add some weights from East Africa for comparison.

Take in count that the weights of hyenas, just like those of the great cats, should be adjusted for stomach content, which means that some of those large hyenas could had some stomach content, after all.
