There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

One of S. Avocas alone and with signs of an apparent fight, this doesn't look ok, I hope the other one shows up soon.
Agreed. This is concerning as the S.Avocas are inseparable. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a picture where they were apart. If there was a pic of one alone it’d be noted that the other is out of camera shot. That said, I’m sure over the years they’ve separated to patrol etc. but we just didn’t see it. Hopefully his brother is okay and will be joining him soon.
I agree, as I have commented before, I have not seen them apart from one another. S Avocas, Ross Males, PC Boys, Gijimas, are all examples of males with a very tight bond, it is very rare to not see them together. Being nomadic, the S Avocas really need one another right now, so I do hope they are both OK.
