There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

She was always refered as Fourways offspring, sister of SP Fourways young male.

Found this in a FB group about the composition of Southern Pride.

So the older daughters gave birth at 3.5 and 3.7 years of age! This beats the young age of Sassy, at around 3.9 when she had her first litter.  Can't think of any other lionesses with an earlier birth than 3.5.

The youngest cubs are already over a year!  Where did the time go?  Guess we have not been getting regular updates of the Southern Pride much at all lately.

Theres prob many examples of lionesses giving birth from 3.5 - 4 yrs of age, before that prob rare.

I remember sister of BYM/Osindile giving birth to Birmingham Nephew and his sister at quite early age, she give birth in March 2020, while she was born in late 2016 ( i forget which month).

Also didnt young Styx lionesses also give birth last year at quite young age?
