There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

I'm 18 days strong and I have noticed some changes in my body but I'm curious if you have noticed anything as well.

My notes thus far
-My digestive tract seems to be much more efficient.
-I no longer feel bloated or stuffed after a meal
-I also seem to be get full faster and require less food
-I have began a supplement process to insure I consume enough B12 and Iron
-I have been using protein powders some of which aren't quite vegan since they are derived from milk but that is because the vegan protein powders I have tried so far have been terrible.
-In the beginning I felt a bit slow on my recover time after I worked out but now I have been able to obtain enough protein to where I have not felt that way.

If you are interested in what foods I use to obtain my protein let me know.

I started eating non-veg at the age of 11 and it was quite rare, once or twice a month.
In Aug 2015, I turned Vegetarian again (I eat dairy products) but never took supplements - in early 2016 had some emotional issues and couldn't do workout and my workout ethics got disturbed therefore I can't comment if I noticed any changes till 2017.

At the end of 2017 I was more emotionally stable and working out quite normally, and minimised sugar intake.

Here are few changes I observed:
- No bloating.
- I got faster.
- MY physical appearance improved.

I don't feel requirement of any supplements and like this lifestyle.

@Pckts How is it going on your side?

Those are horrible videos and I'm wondering every time how violent and evil a human can be... I'm now permanently changing my life on all fronts. I've recently turned vegan cause felt bad after eating animal products and now I'm watching these shots and want to cry really... I've also been also treated against drug addiction in a special center https://addictionresource.com/insurance-coverage/ so I started over and feel happy, being in a good physical and mental shape
