This is the only public register so far of a jaguar from this reserve . Panthera has recently placed more camera traps to capture more footage of them. It's important to highlight that this reserve is known for its high density of cougars, whereas others like Aurora have a larger concentration of jaguars. It seems like in the areas where one cat is more plentiful the other one will not be as common, and viceversa. It could be that they avoid each other to keep themselves from having conflicts for the resources and hunting grounds of the area. Reply
