There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.
Wow, Waghdoh comes as big as tigers get. impressive how he can maintain such a size at his age. He´s definitely not a beauty. Looks more like a blocky powerhouse than an elegant cat. But still an eyecatcher. I´d be intimidated, if I´d be a male crossing his path.
The male he´s pushed out of the buffer zone looks as impressive as waghdoh himself. What a confident character he seems to be to still challenging other big boys.
Those Kaziranga males truly have some striking features. Very big heads, necks and limbs, which are already visible on subadults. Amazing!
That photo of that new Corbett male seems to indicate a big specimen. Especially his length.
Machli, what a miracle! At this age with virtually no teeth left, she proofs to be a truly survivalist. Although marked by age, she still carries something quite beautiful.
Big thanks for sharing all those pictures. Very appreciated.
