Same here... As i said, they look like crossbreds to me.
Actually more like adolescent Asiatic lions with African face & sometimes, body shape. Adult asiatics tend to have more mane usually.
With some gir lion features they have many clear African lion traits too. Especially the shape of the skull.
Even if the two are of one genetic clade, make differences are bound to exist as they live thousands of kilometres apart!
