Either way, first the gypsy blocks the tigers other route of escape and then a man walks up on it and hand gestures towards it on foot.
Real smart, that guy deserved to be attacked. 

 


Im not sure about the story.
But the mistake is totally on the warden.
He was stupid enough to get down from the vehicle and stand infront of those tigers.
Those tigers looks to be young, may be subadults.
Unfortunately those cubs were cornered in both sides, which triggered the charge.
Fortunately no one is harmed and it was a warning charge.
