Hello Musa.
It's a tricky question because lions don't stay only in one territory or with only one or two prides if they can expand the territory they control.
So for example, with the Majingilane happened that they didn't pay much mind to the north eastern part of their land( where they killed Kinky tail) and soon came down to Londolozi and MalaMala. That meant they switched their focus to these bits and left the north somewhat unattended, and that also happened to the first prides they controlled, like the Styx and Fourways prides. If I recall correctly, by mid 2012 and 2013 they barely visited those prides where their cubs were growing big and instead had been focusing more on the Sparta and Tsalala prides, also the Mangheni pride by 2013.
Then, in 2014 they conquered the west of the sabi sands and focused more there, leaving the mentioned Sparta and Tsalala prides with growing cubs in order to subdue and control the new prides, like the Othawa and Ximhungwe prides.
So as you see it isn't as clear cut as it may appear, so my answer to you is that in general lions seem to stay for a couple of years, maybe three in a territory where a specific pride/s live, and then set out to take more land; that is of course, provided they're able to do so, like the Majingilane had been.
