In the morning I was watching SafariLive on youtube and Tristan of the SafariLive guides talked about his experience having observed both the majingalane and the birmingham males. He said that the majingalane stuck together more than the birmingham males, whereas usually the birmingham males are on their own the majingalanes were always in either pairs or more. I think this gives us a clue as to the success of the majingalane coalition. Reply
