There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.
Regarding the male that was/is limping; we don't want to make light of his limp, and have not actually seen him ourselves, but because of the massive impact that goes through their bones, muscles and ligaments when they fight over kills, make kills or fight with other lions, there are often minor injuries that cause seemingly severe limps.
Sometimes lions limp badly, and then if they have to chase something, or have an intense interaction, it's like there is nothing wrong with them. We think there is still a lot of fight left in the Majingilane males!
