I was not being accusatory and sorry if it came across that way. I'm not trying to say mods abuse power at all, or that this is some sort of dictatorship, all I'm trying to suggest is that no one be put on a pedestal as a healthy debating environment needs the vital element of equality. Otherwise some ideas may be drowned out due to hesitation possibly, whereas with everyone on the same platform gives members and especially newer ones complete perspective of the workings in this forum and therefore once they figure out the level of respect here, they will be able to promote ideas with no nagging voice in the back of their head doubting whether they've been too pushy or not. In short, it will create a more natural and relaxed environment for all. Reply
