There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Even if they did share areas like "Central India or N. India" that doesn't mean that  they shared habitat and it's probably the reason why we cannot find any info on interaction or cohabitation between the two species.

But that doesn't mean that it didn't happen in the past, just not often obviously and the chances of it happening now are non existent unless the gov't changes its mind.

Are you kidding?? .... Asiatic lions were WORSHIPED like Gods in ancient Egyptian/Persian/Hindu cultures (Tigers are always bad and wild) for 1000's of years.Even Bible has many versus about Asiatic Lions.

Asiatic lives in a pride and Bengals are solitary, so i don't think any problem in their peaceful coexistence.Already said it will take 20+ years minimum.

Asiatic and African Lions have been worshiped like Gods, Same with Tigers, Dragons, Birds, Half man/ Half Animal creatures, etc.
What does that have to do with anything we are discussing?
Where have you seen accounts of interactions between Asiatic Lions and Bengal Tigers?
Any eye witness accounts, Hunting accounts, Researchers accounts, accounts in history, etc?
