A great moment captured by photographer Mayuresh Joshi When A tigress face off A Gaur. Below is the image of tigress facing the gaur.

Quote:Very famous Pandharpauni female (Maya) of TATR was sitting near Tadoba lake. She was sitting there from previous day. In the evening when park was about to close, a group of 10-12 Gaur came to the lake from nowhere. This Gaur came so close to tigress that she charged on him. Surrounding was shocked by the sudden alarm calls of langurs and deer. The gaur escaped from Jaws of Death and we were stunned to see the lifetime event.
