There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.
Birmingham male, credits to Karin Van Der Merwe from Nkorho Bush Lodge. "A cool and cloudy Sunday in the bush...praying for more rains but the weather looks very promising our side. Once again the Styx caught a Buffalo during the last week just west from the lodge. It is amazing the number of Buffalo being caught by them the last month. One of the Birminghams joined them on the kill, which is a good thing having at least one of the males with the females to protect the cubs. Yesterday evening we had other Lions roaring not too far from here. It might have been either the Torchwood or Talamati Pride or unknown Lions from the Kruger Park. This morning the Styx made another kill on Nkorho...this time it was a Waterbuck. These 3 females turned into killing machines lately... "
