There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

To be fair Kambulas also in 2vs1 situations chassed Mantimahle male and Kruger male and on the spot Nkuchuma/Nhenha were they would probably do the same.
Yeah but my point was that NK had the "tenacity" to stick to the Western Sector until Tumbela was properly ousted and then he took over the territory being fully dominant very quickly.
The Kambula ousted the BDM and simply left. Made no efforts to hunt them down, would share food with them, allow them to be with the pride, and go take a trip to Sabi Sabi every now and then.
They in many many opportunities, refused to take over an empty area with a big pride, NK male wouldn't have missed such opportunities to be dominant, as he didn't. He only left when the PCM forced him to, the Kambulas went back to nomadhood out of sheer will to follow buffalo and be nomads.
It wasn't until later that PCM and Mantimahle came into play, it was to a point that, at the time, some thought the other duos such as PCM wouldn't be able to beat Kambula because the Kambula had beaten another territorial duo already.
