That's insane news! The beauty of these sightings is that it just reminds one of the vastness and remoteness of large parts of the Greater KNP where animals can disappear from the public eye and be thought to be gone only to find that they have been doing well this whole time (Granted, the last Old Mantimahle male was not sighted for 3 years and he was already old even then so it's perfectly reasonable to have considered him dead after such a long time).

And he's still looking really good considering his age and the life he and his brothers lived. According to the post, he was sighted with the H5 pride in the Crocodile Bridge area. Reply
