Forgotten to mention, the Kissinger males were chased off by rangers in order for them to save the Rongai boy.. Judging by their behaviour in the video it doesn’t look like they would have killed him anyways but just wanted to mention that. Guessing they chased them off after that video ended. One of the spokespeople mentioned he was ‘proud of the rangers for saving the boy’ which to me sounds so ridiculous, it was a fair encounter, and one that shouldn’t have never been intervened in, especially by humans. 

Anyways, Paradise Pride lost another cub too. The first one was lost the other week but I can’t remember how it died, if memory serves correct it may have been hyenas. Topi boys and Bila Shakas had the first confrontation in Paradise Pride territory, or atleast on the boundary, and rangers believe that’s how the cub was likely killed. 3 Bila Shakas then obviously showed up at Marsh Pride territory and were pushed back. The latest cub was seen in the jaws of a hyena. Out of the newest litter of 3, only one is still alive. Reply
