There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.
I think he is refering to the problems the Ximhungwe pride found itself in for a while a few years back.
First the pride was first under the Tumbella coalition with the PCmales staying more to the east. However after the Tumbella coalition collapsed it created a power vaccuum in the deep west with both the Nkuhuma male, remaining Tumbella and the PCmales competing with eachother.
The PCmales were however by far the strongest group. So usually what happened is that they chased everyone off, spend some days with the Ximhungwes and then left for the east again allowing Nym and Tumbella to simply reclaim the pride. The constant switching took a real number on the pride and its suspected to have lead to the loss of at least one litter.
At one point Nkuhuma and Tumbella tried to form a coalition, but that fell apart due to agression from Tumbellas side before they could even be tested by the PCmales.
The most notable pairing was however whem Nkuhuma was joined by Nhenha for a while. Which were used by the Ximhungwes to wreak havoc on the nearby Othawa pride. But ultimately they too were constantly forced to flee when the PCmales returned.
The whole thing only ended when the PCmales shifted their own territory more to the west, killed Nhenha and started spending much more time with the Ximhungwes.
Nym decided to wander around and has been somewhat successful as a vagabond. While Tumbella hid down in the deep west, occasionally meeting up with the remains of the Othawa pride.
