There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Its either they get so submissive the males dont make an effort to kill or the opposite(?)
I think it goes that neither of past incidents was really territorial clash, where Kambulas directly challenge those males, yet more so they just bump onto each others or around carcass.
Territorial males will not always straight up kill random nomad who is not challenging them, they will just give him a lesson.
This K4 clash was territorial clash, and as we see, he was inches away from death, Mantimahles might even taught that he is done from those injuries, males rarelly kill to the end, they often just leave disabled enemy to his fate.
