Idk much about the Majingilane conflicts historic but i dont recall "many" coalitions defeating them.

In their contact the Majingilanes chased them. But except for that i think they never put an effort on defending there, after all they had a huge territory, more than they could cover thought. 
Its more like they just vacated than ousted by Matimba (not saying you said they were ousted, just commenting my point of view on this whole situation). Reply
