So, the cubs had to have been very close, no way they would leave them far away, and there is no reaction by either of the two females. This is so crazy, the entire dynamics around that pride. I know elder Ximungwe allowed Limper to be around her cub, but did she also allow Skorro Jr to be as well?

I believe you're right, I think it was commented that she was nearby when they were climbing that tree. That recent video of the PCMs with them, that was also filmed after the cubs were born, right, or was it filmed before she gave birth? The whole thing is just odd. When Skorro Jr was still with the Othawas, he spent a lot of time with the elder Ximungwe, I just didn't know if her daughter was near him or again in the bush.

He is playing a very dangerous game, but he has been for over a year, and it didn't matter who the other males were, Nhenha and Nkuhuma, or the PCMs, he gets into fights with them, ends up leaving, only to return at the first opportunity. As the old saying goes, nothing can stand in the way of true love, I suppose. Whatever it is, he clearly finds the risk worth the reward. Reply
