There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

"Beautiful morning catching up with the central pride near Satara camp.
It is not uncommon for predators to be laying on the road during the early hours of the morning warming up, with the tar holding alot more heat than the surrounding grass.
Last week during a overnight tour in Kruger park, we were the 2nd car in line as the gate was opening and more importantly the first car to choose the right road.
We were very lucky to spend the morning with the central pride scattered all over the road, this included 6 lioness, 3 cubs, 1 young male and 1/4 shishangaan male"
