With almost all Majingilanes sons gone (Junior?), it would be nice that theres still Majingilanes blood around (thru their sons).

We will never know. Although if they are their son the Majingilane bloodline will have more hope, especially when all their sons are dead expect Junior Othawa who is presumed missing.
You and other people have mentioned that Blondie Fourways could from Torchwood pride, there was a few young males when a breakaway formed following Matimba takeover.

Do you have any idea who was dominant male of Torchwoods in 2009/2010, when Blondie was born? I have this photo of him and DM Fourways was taken in 2015, they looked like full grown male lions, so they must be at least 5
