There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Tintswalo guides explained this well in video, females dont care for RRM's life, males come and go, in their eyes his only pourpose is to defend them and their territory, and if they feel he is not able to do that, they will reject him, because he will only be dead weight to them, only 1 more big mouth to feed, without reward..
If RRM come to them full roaring and scent marking, their reaction would be different, but he is visiable scared/weak, and females sense that..
This is similar situation to Scar Tumbela and Othawa pride.
So as i said, RRM needs to prove to Nharus that he is still dominant force in their area, he needs to roar, scent mark, and dominate those females, otherwise he will become nomad.
Lions have extremly well sense/feel for power/strenght, you might not be the biggest male around, but if you have confidence/power, other lions will feel that and will run from you or submit to you.. Lion behavior is quite complex..
Very interesting information about lions' interaction with the prides. I guess RRM rather to keep a low profile for now. We have to wait and see what happens when RRM is fully recovered.
