There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Morphometric data for cheetahs published from various studies on 2 subspecies of Acinonyx jubatus. All measurements are in centimeters, apart from mass (in kg). Superscript numbers denote significant variation from other studies: 1, from this study; 2, from du Preez (1976); 3, from Labuschagne (1979); 4, from McLaughlin (1970); 5, from Caro (1994); and 6, from McLaughlin (1970).
