There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

HB and Skorro come to mind when Ginger was limping and Sizanani had the hip injury. Also the bigger Matshapiri would run around in circles chased by the Avocas while his brother was wasting away. Mo being young made the foolhardy calculation of trying to fight while his brother was in no state to do so.
Well yes, experience definitely plays its part, but neither of those coalitions you mentioned face prime force like Mjejane males.. I think no duo, even if prime males, would stand much of a chance against them, prob would smartly run away.
Mjejane males are not only very agressive and fierce, they are very smart and always stick together when its fighting time, so it would be hard to isolate one male.
By rangers words, Mo tryed to save his brother, as he returned back in and tried to take attention on him, but Mbilu was already done.. It prob didn't took to much time for 3 big males to fatally wound him.
