Marlon du Toit: " Sometimes in life we find ourselves in situations where the way up is easy. You’ve got traction, the path is clear & every step is defined & planned.

Then, there are times where you gotta come down. These times, as we all very well know, are not so easy to navigate. What seemed like an easy path going up is now gone. You simply can’t see it. Every footing, every grip, it all seems shaky. It’s a long way down & you can’t help but stare at the ground below.
Instead,try this. Take every step for what it is. Think about it. Quiet your mind. And then, move. Repeat. Don’t think so much about that which is simply out of your control. You’ll swiftly lose sight of that which is. Think about the next step. Move forward. Repeat.
This young leopard found himself going up with youthful ambition. Coming down however, was a much harder task."
