There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

A recent suspected anthrax outbreak is threatening the park’s wildlife especially rhinos as 5 rhinos have bern found dead in last 4 days. The park is working round the clock to check this and start it’s vaccination drive. Even drones have been deployed in this project.

Turns out it's not anthrax... What is exactly is couldn't have been determined yet.
They've already had 6 rhinos of the Sisamara beat (where 4 of 5 carcasses were found) & 17 other nearby tranqed to administer anthrax vaccine.

Around 3 km² is being quarantined with electrified fence, until this blows over.

No further deaths nor illness reported in last 3 days. One calf rescued. 1 sick rhino rescued from Malangi beat.
