There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

1/2 Vurhami young males :
"This morning we had a very special and unusual sighting of a lion crossing the Crocodile River from Kruger to join a much younger male on Mjejane side. He worked out his course and precariously swam from one rock to another battling through the strong currents and struggling to keep his footing on the slippery rocks . "

Young Jock/Berg en Dal males, to me are so similar to s26 males, that i think they are both sired by same males, and we know that Young Jock where sired by Stolsnek males..

2 most impressive males of both coalitions are so similar :

1 of other males from both coalitions:

Dreadlocks from DeLaporte is also similar to some of them..

We dont know history of Stolsnek males, but we do know that when they came in Jock Concession in 2013/2014 as a 5 male coalition strong they where already prime males, so they for sure had some territory near by already, and S26 is close by.. So i think its very likely that s26 males are sired by Stolsnek males, time frame also match, as s26 males emerged around s26 in 2017 as young males..

Casper! 22 March 2021 - 1 km North of Satara
This amazing boy was born in 2014 in Singita Kruger National park which was described as a miracle having a white lion born so far East. He is a member of the then mega Shishangaan pride who consisted of consisted of 4 males, five lionesses and 18-20 cubs in 2015. 2017 saw the appearance of rouge males who were intent on taking over the Lebombo area, sadly with devastating consequences to this pride and especially this beautiful boy. "Casper" and his brothers were ousted from the pride, attacked by rouge and probably by their own male lions resulting in Casper often literally running for his life, beaten and bruised, he has managed to come back again and again. I saw him with one of his brothers and an older male lion. Just dying to get good photo's of this boy, but always see him at a distance and with some or other time constraint
