There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Mpondos status today from Louise Strauss. The one with the brand mark died about 2 months ago, the younger one still hangs around the Jock Concession with the 3 Windmill Pride females. We have not seen the others for a while but had reports of them north of us.

Shishangeni male lion looking very focused on his evening patrol. It was really awesome to catch up with the 2 remaining Shishangeni males yesterday evening in the far east of their territory, close to Crocodile Bridge, Kruger National Park.
