There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

The S30 males have been seen mating recently near the high water bridge. Hopefully they can settle down, they have covered vast distances in the last year, from Mazithi Dam to the S28 to the S30 and now the H4-1. They have been battered and bruised. True survivors!

" The biggest lioness we have ever seen. Was fortunate enough to see her last year the same time of year with her 3 cubs and a younger female. Making them a pride of 5. Was good to see her again over the weekend and with all 3 cubs in great condition ? "

3 of the Young Vurhami Males trying to hunt buffalo.

Apparently there may have been another confrontation with the Mjejane Males as there are bite marks on the lower back of one of the young males. Rangers aren't sure where the other 2 young males are. They suspect they might have returned to the Kruger.
