That's sad. Not sure how long his two brothers will last without him, especially with all the young males in the area. Time may soon be up for the old kings. With the Kumana Males down to one and the Shishangaan Males down to two.

Yeah for sure it will be hard to maintain with so many young guys running around . Yeah it’s not just the shishangaan I think a lot of territories will have new dominant males soon

We're approaching the end of an era for the lions of Sabi Sands and Eastern KNP.

Yea, a lot of those old coalitions are coming to an end, and new blood is coming..

I wonder where are Mantimahles, there was no sightings of them on H4-1 lately, and that area now hold 2 s129 males near Skukuza, 4 Muntshe males around s79 and Mazithi close to Lower Sabi.. Im confused, where did Mantimahles go??

Their situation kind of remainds me of Avoca Giraffe on the edge of 2017 and 2018. Still huge, powerfull males with coalition numbers to easly stemroll just about any coalition around, but with advanced age and losing grip on controlled prides their condition quickly deteriorated. I hope I got that wrong and we will still see this coalition around.

The weird thing to me is that as 5th was seen around Plains Camp and we know that 1 male has a pride on s21, that means that those 2 S129 Males and 4 Muntshe males are in the middle of them.. Idk where the other 3 are with Nkuhlu pride, and apperantly those 2 s129 males followed Nkuhlu pride, and as we see, Mantimahles didnt chase them away...

Very strange for Mantimahle males, usually they dont tolerate any males near them or in their backyard..
