I totaly agree! As I have said before rhinos are just about as tough as it get's! First now in resent years i see some young rhino kills from Phinda and Sabi Sands, but still only young rhinos 2,5 years tops!! And still quite large elephants in savuti, Moremi, and chobe is taken every year!  Reply

Its like the instance of the two young tigers who fought a lone tiger and one of the younger tigers died and the other escaped apparently. (I forget the tigers involved) I know the guards tried to stop it on elephant back but to no avail, I'm sure @Roflcopters knows which account I am talking about.

It seems that #'s matter but first they need to mature. Until they have enough battles and confidence from said battles, they won't pose much of a threat to an established and battle tested veteran. Reply

Yes sadly he's dead, he was an extreamly old lion! he apparentley just disapeared and got to die in peace, The Body from what i know was never found, most likely hyenas, jackals and vultures found him first!  Reply

This is Renoka the biggest and most dominant of The two xakanaxa brothers. He become famous for in The Great lion docu series lion empire. And also the clip when he takes down a buffalo cow with surprisingly ease!

Yeah it's so sad, but still as You say what a legacy he left behind! And what a long and great life he had! From Jonathan scott's own words "Notch and his sons controls half of The entire Masai Mara" then You have been a very sucsesful lion! So happy i got to see him in person!

The new male who controls The Tsaro after he defeated Junior, has startes mating with The females, and looks great, still Looks young and a little small, but so did Junior at The beguinning. Can't wait to follow this guy!
