There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

I'm sorry but I'm so excited about these males. How far are they from the southern pride?

Yes, but they don't know that. They were not raised together, so they're effectively from a rival pride. Enemies, that's as much as they know about each other.

The Styx lion pride drinking water after “snacking” on an impala. An impala is a very small meal to feed a pride of lions this big, hence the "snacking" reference.

The TORCHWOOD pride of lions were located yesterday afternoon up in the far north. As the cubs are growing, the pride is looking formidable! Images by Andrew Khosa.
