Jobhi Male.
The one eyed warrior. Born to iconic Jhurjhura female & Bokha Male in the year 2006, I was fortunate to sight the oldest male tiger of bandhavgarh who once roamed a humongous territory. He lost one eye probably in a fight with bheem or bamera. This guy is extremely shy of tourists and has even charged few. He is father of Solo, Kankatti Jr., Mahaman Male & Chota Charger.

Umarpani and Link 7 are at it again!
Naren Malik

Dear Folks, Umarpani male and link 7 were sighted chasing each other last evening, so everyone was expecting another big fight. It happened this morning, both male were fighting since morning while Choti Mada was watching them fighting from a close distance.

It was interesting to watch the different behavior of Big Cat, when two male were fighting and female was looking at them without any hassle. The Link 7 male was going to Choti Mada, sitting by her for relaxing some time & was coming back for fight with Uma Male again & again.
The Forest official had been reached at fighting spot with elephants….Lets see, How nature balances this blood battle, Finger Crossed!!!!

So, finally Uma Male sighted this evening after the fight with Link 7.
Link 7 Male and choti Mada are still together, they were sighted yesterday evening and this morning but there was no sign of Uma Male. Today’s evening he was relentlessly roaring & searching for T29 & T31 and went straight where they were sighted in the morning, but he couldn’t find them & came back.
There was no sign of any injury on Uma Male body, he looked absolutely fine.

...looks kinda similar to Bamera's!!!

(I don't know Bheem's ancestry, can anyone tell??!!!.. )

Have been thinking precisely the same since finding this magnificent beast and comparing his pics with other tigers. Bheem's expression seems very alike that of Charger. The mane, the amazing neck constitution (which gives me the curious impression of their head being placed slightly downwards in their torso) among a few small traits. What an absolutely beautiful specimen.

Dear All,
We're pleased to share a collage of images from the recent fight between T30 (Uma Male) & T29 (Chota Munna).
Apparently, Chota Munna seems to be the aggressor at the beginning. However, Uma Male unleashes his power-packed punches, towers over him, literally knocks him onto the ground & pins him down a la "Dangal", even as the bone of contention, an amused Choti Mada (T31) seems to be watching the bout from the ring-side.
While the one on the left of the frame is Uma Male, the one on the right of the frame is Chota Munna. Both the males seem to be doing just fine as of now.
We thank Sanjay Shukla Sir for being kind enough to share this footage.

I respect Chota Munna for his bravery. But we all know what Umarpani is capable of. This guys killed two huge rival males and didn't break a sweat. I hope CM knows what he is in for as Umarpani fights to kill and if this rivalry goes any further I won't be surprised if one of them faces the same fate. and considering history and actual pick I would put my money on Uma to win this one. I just hope these two can make peace so that we atleast have two powerful males in mukki.

People who say uma was bigger are not only blind but also fanatical. Even closer to the lens uma is smaller.

Rare Shot

KF mating with Choti Mada right before he was killed.
Between KF killing one of Uma's cubs and mating with his Girl, it seems these two were destined to fight it out.

Samrat Mukerji
The king in action.....
I was lucky to have been the only one that day to have got the entire sequence of bonding and mating.
The sad news was.... a few days later kingfisher was found dead with fatal injuries...
