so we can speculate that DM and GM (they carry injuries) could have been involved in a fight and they are recovering,

Yup, Even though DM is the most dominant with in the coalition. Scarnose looks in perfect condition and if there is a fight with intruders.. I will place my bets on Scarnose.
Remember that they are 4 strong and they are strategic and will try to patrol together if there is any sign of intruder.
