It was reported that the kambula pride has 8 males most of the older cubs are males 5 females and the other pride has 2 females 1 male with one female probably just now giving birth

  • Two Plans Camp male lions and five Nkuhuma lioness stationary at Arathusa Safari Open Area.
Wednesday, 15 May 2024
  • One Plains Camp male lion mating with one Nkuhuma lioness on Arathusa Safari Delivery Road, the other Plains Camp male mating with another lioness on the Northern side of Arathusa Safari Airstrip.

Nkhuma lioness giving the business.  I hope she doesn't give too much.  So these guys have for now abandoned the West.  NK and Skorro are roaring it up.

For those thinking the PCM might have been only taking the western side of the North, leaving the Kambulas more far north, here them on Djuma Cam tonight. I was told someone called Mary Mason took the screenshots:

They are taking/have taken the entire North/Nkuhuma pride territory.

What remains for us to see is if they will hold it from any opposition and what they'll do with the West, either leave it or try to control a territory as large as that of the 2 Mlowathi Mapogo.

Unclaimed land with a bunch of lionesses, giving up such a thing is a Kambula boys thing to do. 

Honestly it seems like the only way the Plains Camp males could give up on this takeover would be if Kambula boys 'miraculously' act up
