  *This image is copyright of its original author Found this on another forum. It seems the silverback gorilla and his troop are confronting a tiger, a smaller subspecies perhaps. Does anyone know the story behind these pictures? In my opinion, male gorillas have a maximum weight of 220 kg-250 kg, a mean of 160 kg, and a mode of 170 kg
