@RookiePundit well said.

In the end size doesnt matter, but if majority of rangers/guides/people who actually saw these lions in real life say he is one of the biggest and most impressive in Sabi Sands, why dont accept it? I Dont understand.

If Nhenha is big or small that doesnt increase or descrease his valute or something, to me Tinyo was always with most character between all the Bboys, and he was one of the smallest.

Same goes for example Mohawk Avoca and Orange Eyed Ndzenga, they are smallest of their brothers, but with most heart/character and leading role.

So this debates are uselles and where debated on this exact topic many times over and over again..

Its nice to see the two together again. Each meeting increases the chance that the two form a new pride.

So very nice to see these two together. If only the last Tsalala was able to join.
These two prides have a brutal history together so it is very heartwarming to see two females from each pride form a potential bond

She was last seen at MalaMala, so not close, she didnt move west since her mother was killed there.

Even if the three met it probably wouldn't end well. We should already count our blessings things are going so well between the Ximhungwe lioness and Gingerella.

I know, but it is quite intresting from the time perspective. I can see arguments Nhenha potentially biggest male around there, but it seems clear now that Nwalungu males must have been larger than Tinyo. Also seems doubtfull that Tinyo would be bigger than Othawa male. Therefore I wander why guide said Birminghams seems largest in the arena (and again he said particullarly "Birmingham males" not "larger of the Birmingham males so I is not that he was talking particularly about Nhenha).

(04-12-2022, 05:05 PM)Tr1x24 Wrote: Both Londolozi and MalaMala sttated that Bboys where bigger then N'ws when N'ws invade Londolozi/MalaMala.
Did they actually? You sure about that? The only talk about Ndzenga's size I remember was Londolozi guide describing Amahle as really big.

(04-12-2022, 05:05 PM)Tr1x24 Wrote: On other thread you yourself said that you think Tumbela males are "small" and not in discussion for biggest males around (your words).
No, I said I personally would assume they are among smalles. What I assume through does not necessarily must turn out to be true.

(04-12-2022, 05:05 PM)Tr1x24 Wrote: And who we got left? I dont think Kruger male and Imbali male can be considered Sabi Sands males anymore, they where not spotted here for ages.
Kruger male(s) probably still spends lots of time in Torchwood which is part of Sabi Sands. Imbali male probably is moving around Sabi Sands boundary and probably spend fair amount of time at the northern reaches of Sabi Sands.

(04-12-2022, 05:05 PM)Tr1x24 Wrote: So only males left who "might" be bigger then Nhenha are 4.5 yrs old PC boys (which we have 0 evidence or reports about their size, its purley guess)
Nkuhoro, Londolozi and I think at least some of the lodges from western sector mentioned they are impressive in size. Of course there are no evidences that PC males are bigger than Nhenha, but that works towards both sides. In fact the only way to provide evidence that one lion is bigger than the other would be to meassure and weight them both which obviously did not happen.

As far as I know LS never did compare Nhenha to Imbali male...

(04-12-2022, 06:05 PM)Slayerd Wrote: A guide who has seen the massive Black Dam male and many more coalitions commented that in terms of lions that impressed him, he would put Nhenha with the Charlestons and Matimbas
through there I know exactly what comments you are talking about and I can tell you that you are twisting (althrough he described Nhenha as impressive he said Nhenha was smaller than BD, while Charlestons were roughly same size as BD) and manipulating (he actually said that Nhenha was bigger than S Matimbas when he seen them, but the think what you "accidentally" forgot to mention he seen Matimbas at 2017 while they were nomadic and not at their best) what that guy said.

(04-12-2022, 05:05 PM)Tr1x24 Wrote: So saying that Nhenha with DM Avoca where biggest males in Sabi Sands in past 3-4 yrs is definitely not exaggeration
What I meant by "You are overexaggerate" is that you say "Nhenha was described by many guides" when in fact that "many" bassiclly comes to just what Legend Safari have said. Also my point was "Nhenha is not very large male as some decribe him", not "Nhenha is definitelly not among the largest lions of past 3-4 years"

You must be joking. We did not see Nhenha next to Styx male so how did you figured out that Nhenha was much larger, especcially now as we see that Nkuchuma male is roughly same size as Nhenha and we know Styx male was roughly same size as Nkuchuma male? lol

Out of curiosity I watched the footage again of Nhenha chasing the Styx male and looked like Nhehna was a lot larger in size at the time. Although not standing side by side they were only a few seconds apart and camera was at exact same position when both lions went past and the size difference seemed obvious.

Has anybody gone through and listed out all the Othawa cubs yet?

Here's a good shot of one of them, with the missing tip of the ear
